We are headquartered in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley, with R&D centers and offices in Taiwan, China, Vancouver and Toronto, Canada, and Haifa, Israel.  Key Responsibilities: Design and execute repeatable marketing and events programs Develop and implement events plans, identifying event objectives, key deliverables, and detailed timelines and budgets. Develop and manage event budgets, including negotiating fees and pricing, to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Manage timelines and deliverables and ensure critical deadlines are communicated, tracked, and met. Lead pre and post event briefings to stakeholders to measure success of marketing initiatives and develop responsive recommendations for future campaigns and events Drive internal planning while partnering with marketing, product, and sales teams on event branding, collateral, and demos. Ensure an impactful and consistent brand representation at all events, maintaining brand guidelines in all booth design, signage, collateral, and promotional materials. Coordinate all event logistics, including contract management, space reservation, booth layout and services, signage, set-up and tear-down, shipping, staffing, booth activations, and meeting scheduling. Drive social media strategy & execution for each event Serve as primary onsite contact at all events. Manage vendors, including creative firms, booth builders, printing services, A/V providers, shipping services, catering services, etc. Drive post-event recap with analysis on objectives met and recommended improvements. Drive best practices for attendee and customer experiences, promotion, branding/environmental design, customer and attendee communications, as well as other logistical details Qualifications: 5+ years’ corporate events and tradeshow experience, with a preference for background in the technology field Strong project management skills and detail orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Ability to thrive and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; comfortable with changing priorities, last-minute pivots, and willing to roll up your sleeves to ‘get the job done’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Exceptionally creative approach to customer engagement Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and team members; comfortable interacting with a wide range of community members, from C-level executives to engineers Knowledge of digital event platforms Strong business/office applications proficiency (eg: MS Office, Google Apps) and event technologies proficiency (apps, registration, etc.) with a proven ability to pick up new software quickly Available to travel for events when needed We know that creativity and innovation happen more often when teams include diverse ideas, backgrounds, and experiences, and we actively encourage everyone with relevant experience to apply, including people of color, LGBTQ+ and non-binary people, veterans, parents, and individuals with disabilities.
