We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution. This position requires up to 40% domestic travel. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8+ years consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions to US Government security and justice agencies. Deep understanding of the infrastructure needed to support government environments and deployments on Apple platforms, as well as where our partners can provide solutions. Ability to align an organization's priorities, initiatives, and transformational goals to engage customers broadly at department and IT executive levels. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills — To further the customer’s Apple journey, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the account plans include the right technical motions and own that part of the plan. Excellent storytelling abilities — In this role, you will confidently tell the “Why Apple" story to an executive in a conversational manner focusing on your customer's mission. This includes answering common market, US Federal government, and Apple questions during these conversations. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively communicate how our partners, along with Apple, deliver the best solutions to our customers. Description Description As a Federal Government Account Executive, you will: - Work collaboratively across Apple, with our customers, partners, and solutions providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software and service solutions. - Deeply understand our government customers’ unique requirements and plans for innovation. - Advise on transformational solutions with our partners in the industry for Apple’s US Government accounts. - Develop account plans aligned with our customers’ strategies, assess their progress and guide them on the journey of transformation to mobility, while growing adoption of the Apple ecosystem. - Effectively execute on plans by cross-functionally partnering with Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, reseller and strategic partners. - Build demand generation activities, identify new opportunities, accurately forecast, and coordinate fulfillment logistics.
