Job Requisition ID #24WD75682Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Plan and coordinate all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Partner with research team to uncover new opportunities and insights for expanding product use cases. Partner with engineering and design team on IT product requirements to launch meaningful product functionalities. Define methods and metrics to measure feature rollout success and influence roadmap based on data. Develop or update project plans for information technology product projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications and schedules. Partner with other IT Product Managers on pragmatic investment strategies across the product line, such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI), to support growth initiatives. Effectively represent the product internally and externally, sharing insights and learnings and scaling up successes. Partner with company internal stakeholders and external partners to align on product development goals and uncover potential collaboration opportunities for information technology projects. Partner with marketing to maximize the effectiveness and relevance of our product positioning and differentiation from competitive offerings. Devise and execute tests in close partnership with product and marketing teams to determine the effectiveness of proposed growth strategies and feature promotions. Some telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sited throughout the U.S.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-related occupation. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $120,900 - $165,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
