Job Requisition ID #24WD75684Responsibilities:             Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Perform security analyses of developed or packaged software components. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or 20% troubleshooting of systems. Develop application-specific software. Monitor and maintain operational readiness of Enterprise Applications including SAP Cloud, AWS hosted applications. Utilize strong troubleshooting, technical and communication skills; and perform a mix of on-call and operational tasks which involves small to medium level software development work. Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process to reduce workloads and create proficiencies. Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for Order management and related applications with a goal of meeting business service levels. Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other IT support teams and drive towards resolution. Support Autodesk enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance activities on Enterprise Applications. Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance web application software utilizing Java and other open-source technologies. Work with open-source tools, create API, rich dashboards and implement proactive monitoring. Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customer) and the development. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT-related occupation.  Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.Special Requirements: Position requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:Utilize knowledge of SAP R/3, S4/HANA, BRIM and CRM/ERP applications to design, configure and support the applications and services;Utilize knowledge of ABAP Object Oriented programming language to debug logs, IDOC processing, automated batch data/job scheduling, ODATA service management, OpenText archive management, develop custom reports, queries and debug code;Utilize knowledge of Middleware such as MuleSoft, and Tibco/Dell Boomi to build EDI/data system integrations, event-based integrations, RPA, and API interfaces;Utilize experience with conducting and performing E2E user acceptance testing and regression testing of the applications, and create and maintain detailed process documentation;Utilize knowledge of IT services and Ticket management systems (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Jira) and strong project management skills.Utilize knowledge of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Accounting, AR, Revenue, and other Finance FICO and SD business processes;Utilize knowledge of tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and other python-based scripting to build Monitoring and Observability dashboards and alerts to manage operational health and readiness of applications;Utilize knowledge of Tax Applications like Vertex/OneSource to manage, configure and automate Global enterprise wide indirect Taxation.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $146,266 - $170,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
