As a key member of our Americas Retail Marketing team , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience on the Amazon retail platform. It’s about impact, not location.What You’ll DoMarketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies on Amazon, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives.Product Promotion: Create and manage product promotion campaigns, including discounts, coupons, and bundle offers, to increase product visibility and sales.Content Optimization: Ensure product listings are optimized with compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion rates.Advertising Campaigns: Plan and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, to maximize visibility and revenue.Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, prices, and trends to identify opportunities and threats in the market.Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to assess marketing performance and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.Inventory Management: Collaborate and partner with the supply chain and account lead to ensure proper stock levels and timely inventory turnover.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies for enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, including email marketing, reviews management, and customer feedback.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and design, to develop and implement marketing initiatives.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources for maximum impact.Vendor Management: Manage, plan and collaborate with external vendors in a timely and effective manner. What You’ll NeedResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria. If you don’t have 100% of the skills listed, we strongly encourage you to apply if interested.Basic Qualifications:4-7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably on Amazon.Strong understanding of Amazon's retail platform, policies, and algorithms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relative industry experience.Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools, including Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and content optimization.Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or relative industry experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong project management and multitasking skills.#LI-RemoteAt Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead  individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience.  All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity.  Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions.
