Our products are used by companies of all sizes and industries to optimize their operations, increase productivity, and enhance employee satisfaction.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Mobile App strategy. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our mobile applications and enhancing the overall experience for the employees of our customers who use these applications. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the mobile app space.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy for our mobile apps and the related employee experience, aligning with the company's overall objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, user behaviors, and technological advancements to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a high-performing product management team dedicated to mobile app development and employee experience enhancements.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute their unique perspectives and ideas.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of mobile app features and employee experience improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.Product Development and Lifecycle Management:Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.Prioritize feature development based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals.User Experience (UX) and Design:Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the mobile app and employee experience align with the needs and expectations of our diverse workforce.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Performance Analysis and Optimization:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and user satisfaction.Implement and monitor A/B testing and other methodologies to refine the mobile app and employee experience continuously.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience leading product teams in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven experience in developing and launching mobile applications with a focus on customer and employee experience.In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, industry trends, and user experience best practices.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a talented and supportive team.  If you are passionate about creating exceptional mobile app experiences and enhancing employee satisfaction through innovative solutions, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product.  Apply today! #LI-PS1#remoteIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
