We are Global company with a startup feel.We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Product Led Growth, in the Marketing org, with strong technical skills, familiarity with product led growth concepts (or digital property + business analytics experience), and senior leadership communication experience. You should be eager to tackle day-to-day insights requests while learning about advanced analytical methods in the process of informing the business on longer-term impact. Our team, Marketing Analytics within Marketing Operations, handles business intelligence, analysis, and data science for a global portfolio of best-in-class Customer Experience platforms (see Gartner). We’re also award-winning pioneers within the B2B marketing space for our practices.We need someone who’s responsive and communicative to cross-functional leadership, while also being open to learning how to rigorously analyze complex phenomena. Using your analytical aptitude, communication skills, and growth mindset, you will lead or participate in important analyses around funnel optimization, ROI, and revenue incrementality.JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:Day-to-day analyses of PLG funnel drivers/detractors, from digital campaigns through product engagement and more.Communication of findings with PLG leadership, as well as Marketing and Product leadership more generally.Contribute to PLG reporting within Marketing’s Tableau-based ecosystem and standards.Contribute to PLG’s quantitative growth model, to inform forecasting and target setting.Contribute to methodological discussions more generally.Where bandwidth allows, contribute to - and advance your knowledge of - Marketing Analytics more generally. Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Product analytics (at least one year of Marketing experience preferred)Experience communicating with senior business leadershipIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
