We are looking for esports enthusiast who is organized, proactive and communicates well.Strategize and oversee existing and new esports partnerships, from player management to agency and internal stakeholder management.Track progress and completion of all global esports team contract deliverables.Provide the Global Esports team with administrative and project management support related to team sponsorships and player activations, contracts, and marketing campaign creation.Monitor competitors’ activities and ongoing esports competitions.Prioritize, and organize all global esports activities – website updates, ProSettings reporting, team announcements, and content.Prioritize, and organize requests from product teams and regional esports teamsGenerate monthly performance reports to see how players and teams are tracking against KPIs.Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoices.Attend weekly meetings and ensure any action items are noted and reported in due time.Ideate new reporting possibilities and ways to improve the organization of the department.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics and/or gaming industry.Knowledge of trends and news about the gaming industry.Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.Great communication skills, verbal and written English is a must. Fluency in languages like Chinese, Japanese and Korean is a plus.Social media savvy, with prior experience creating content at a professional levelEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.Are you game?
