Our focus on VIBE, Value, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity is integrated into everything we do - recruiting, product, data analytics, development, career advancement and so much more!About the RoleIn the Program Coordinator role you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks associated with the Belonging & Diversity programs. You will collaborate with the program owners to ensure the timely completion of work and create standard processes and workflows across the team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, is solution oriented and enjoys being part of a team. This role is also responsible for monitoring the team email inbox, and will triage all Human Resources related support desk tickets that are directed to the Belonging & Diversity team. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
