In particular, the Qualify team partners with our Workday Marketing organization to fulfill business processes and needs.About the RoleDo you enjoy figuring out new applications? Are you super organized? Do you love having a plan in place before you begin any activities? The Sr Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. They debug software products through the use of systematic tests to apply and maintain quality standards for Workday's products. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also ensure that system tests are successfully completed, documented and resolved.The Sr Quality Assurance Analyst will flex into the Business Analyst space as needed, working closely with business partners to understand processes, goals, and gaps while also verifying business requirements and creating user stories for development. They will conduct basic Salesforce configurations and use their business knowledge and expertise to seek opportunities for process improvements.The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle tight deadlines with high volume transactionsAbility to interpret, analyze, and resolve issues/objections related to Workday issues as they arise.Customer service oriented and have a desire to help othersAbout YouBasic Qualifications1+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.1+ years of experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development.Other QualificationsBasic experience working in an IT or Quality Assurance environment or business analysis work around automated or manual testing techniques and approachesExperience with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Services Cloud)Experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in automated and manual testing techniques/approaches.Experience with Agile and Test-Driven Development.Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.Experience with end to end testing - Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, Regression.Experience creating automation test suites at scale, in at least one of these tools: JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, or Cypress.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
