Our team helps craft accessible experiences for both the web and native mobile apps. Come join a growing team where you will have the opportunity to craft the team and technologies that positively change how our customers work with enterprise applications - making them more accessible for all.About the RoleOn the Accessibility engineering team, you willBuild internal tools such as accessibility testing frameworks and automated code quality checks. Work with teams across workday engineering to improve accessibility of the experiences.Be part of an agile development team, work with fellow engineers, product managers and QA engineers to deliver accessible experiences to our customers.Educate and advocate accessibility standards to multi-functional teams.Collaboratively develop solutions using the latest technologies including React and Java.Contribute ideas for continually improving the team’s efficiency, job enjoyment, and code qualityAbout YouBasic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in front-end software development using modern web frameworks (such as React or Vue)A proven understanding of HTML and CSSExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOther Qualifications:Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standardsExperience with Typescript and ReduxStrong problem solving and analytics skillsExperience building internal tools to help increase velocity of fellow engineersExperience advocating the best engineering/accessibility practices to fellow peersWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
