The AppleCare Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) team is seeking an experienced candidate to co-lead the development, implementation, and ownership of a global Change Control Board for a multi-year technology program implementation. They will be responsible for partnering with core Apple organizations in AMR, EMEIA and APAC to develop, implement, and run the programs change control processes and decisioning.
Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years program and project management experience, with proven involvement in the change control process. SAP implementation experience. Ability to quickly analyze, propose, drive to consensus around and implement recommendations on an expedited timeline. Ability to interact, gain trust, negotiate with and solicit action from partners from multicultural backgrounds in verbal, written and presentation forms. Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented self starter with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver with a foundation of adaptability, collaboration, accountability, integrity, and inclusion. Influence multiple levels of the Apple business to solicit action and agreement, establishing and maintain strong working relationships while doing so.
Facilitate timely and informed decisioning, actively resolving critical issues and conflicts to avoid negative impact to the program and its stakeholders.
Keep leadership and stakeholders informed and aware of impacts, risks and opportunities through appropriate, timely and clear communication
Work independently, while providing proactive and clear visibility to management team
Develop a plan for change impacts, communications and training as necessary to support CCB needs.
