The role will demand interaction with large scale enterprises at senior levels, as well as with technical staff within the traditional IT organization. The successful candidate will have sound sales experience and excellent business acumen blended with strong interpersonal and presentational skills. We are seeking an exceptional Renewal Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in Singapore You will play a hands-on role with the field sales organizations in this highly visible position, including direct participation in renewing deals at key accounts.Your day-to-day Driving the qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes with Accounts Managers and Regional Directors to bring renewals to a closeForecast daily, monthly, quarterly accurately via Salesforce and excelMeet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotaCoordinating multiple resources within an accountEstablishing and maintaining strong business relationships at the executive levelProactively identify customer issues, work with the larger Proofpoint team to resolve themResearch customer organizational structure and track information within Salesforce.comGather and track information regarding named customers implementation and support activityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint’s competitive positioning in the marketplaceDevelop customer quotes through excel, manage customer data within Salesforce.comWhat you bring to the teamMust have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Proofpoint’s valueMust be extremely organized, detail and process orientedMust be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issuesAbility to coordinate Proofpoint resources to execute a complex sales strategyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web conferencing toolsAbility to use Salesforce.com and other on-line tools effectivelyBA/BS or equivalent preferred3+ years successful account management, business development or renewal sales experienceSingaporeans and PRs onlyExperience selling to IT departments, IT management and Legal is preferred.Why ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re a customer-focused and driven-to-win organisation with leading-edge products.
