Throughout the internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business on key HR teams including Compensation, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Operations, and more.What you will be doing:Work with onsite HR team to help maintaining employment paperwork, automate and standardize HR processes.You’ll complete various meaningful, high-impact projects, designed to enhance your future career in HR and deliver immediate value to the NVIDIA HR teamMaintaining accurate employee records (hard and electronic) including liaising with colleagues throughout EMEA, India and the US.Develop new projects and tools that support the automation.Participate in a variety of events with your fellow interns in HR and at the company level, including executive and technical talks, mentor meetings, social and cultural events, and moreWhat we need to see:Pursuing a bachelor’s or masters degree preferably in HR, administration, law or relatedFluent English language skills are required min. B2 Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for technology and efficiencyExcellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills, excel at project planning and possess the ability to function in a very fast-paced and innovative environmentHave a strong interest in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other HR related functionWays to stand out from the crowd:Have a strong interest in Human Resources ManagementYou're a self-starter with an eye for finding efficienciesFamiliarity with NVIDIAPassionate about technology and innovation
