Responsibilities will include product classification (import / export), maintaining internal record keeping, updating logs and auditing records. This position will be a permanent role and is a great opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional with strong experience and training in a world class (and) growing team. What you will be doing:You will be working within NVIDIA’s Legal Team in the EMEA region, supporting other functional groups including: EMEA Corporate Shipping / Receiving, regional Trade Compliance teams, regional Office Managers, WW Logistics, Engineering and Sales / Marketing departments and external customers to support import/export processesYou will be supervising and tracking import / export activity where NVIDIA is party to an EMEA transactionReviewing Sanctioned Party List / Legal Control Blocks in SAP GTSIdentifying and escalating “red flags” to managementConducting internal audits of customs related documents in line with ISOCrafting detailed processes and flowsWork with designated Brokers to amend discrepancies What we need to see:Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Social Science or Arts is required. A Master's Degree is highly advantageousMinimum 5 years experience in an analytical role is required - in a high-tech environment is an advantageWorking knowledge of Polish, ABW and EU regulationsKnowledge of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 is essentialKnowledge of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR regulations is highly advantageousDemonstrate working knowledge of ABW from a dual-use perspectiveKnowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) is requiredExperience with internal and external audits is essentialAbility to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax / Finance, and IT departments to achieve our compliance objectivesSolid grounding of SAP GTS is essentialWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficePolish speakerExcellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written)Ways to stand out from the crowdDemonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to your work.Highlight your abilities in writing, editing, and oral advocacy.Show your experience with the semiconductor and/or other high-tech industries.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
