Make the choice to join us today!We are looking for a Senior SRAM Circuit Design Engineer, someone who wants to join a growing and dynamic group of diverse individuals responsible for supporting NVIDIA's entire range of SOCs with the world’s best embedded memory solutions.What you’ll be doing:Working within a team of transistor-level circuit and mask engineers to design and then validate custom and compiled SRAM that achieves specific power, speed, and area objectivesUsing and developing characterization and validation flows that improve both the quality and the efficiency of our design methodologiesParticipating in test chip design efforts to explore and validate new ideas and approachesSupporting SOC design teams in their efforts to produce world-class products from concept through volume productionDesigning in leading-edge process technologies from the world’s best foundriesWhat we need to see:MS or PhD in electrical engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of transistor-level circuit design experience with a very strong preference for custom SRAM circuit design and SRAM compiler design experienceDeep understanding of digital and SRAM circuit and layout design concepts in finFET-based CMOS technologies.Comfortable with Cadence custom circuit design tools, particularly VirtuosoExpertise running Spice to simulate transistor-level circuit behaviorExpertise in circuit reliability issues that affect power, speed, area, and yieldComfortable running and debugging custom layout LVS and DRC issues with verification tools such as ICV or CalibreComfortable with scripting languages such as Python or Perl, the UNIX operating system, and version control software such as PerforceWorks effectively in a team, has highly developed social and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about their work in this fieldWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
