SEA Lead for Brand shop & ESF ManagementDescription -The SEA lead for Brand shop & ESF Management manage and coordinate for activities in countries across Southeast Asia devising strategy and Policies to drive differentiated Brand shop experience, building strong brand affinity and driving premium business while solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages and coordinates with the Retail vendors with the country teams to optimize the given resources. Has accountability for results in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities. work may involve strategic issues. Supports development of country teams in line with the broader objectives. Typically reports to Director and Head of Retail Management. Manages and controls activities in multiple countries within Southeast Asia which is part of a larger Greater Asia market.Facilitates coordination with the Trade marketing managers spread across the Southeast Asia region.What a SEA lead for Brand shop & ESF Management does at HP:Managing and supporting the BusinessStrategy and Policies- Builds well targeted business policies, plans and strategies for allocating resources to create a powerful customer experience through chain of Brand shops and driving sales activities to achieve margin through Brand shop’s; collaborates within HP and with the field to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources.Account Planning- Assists in joint business planning, sales out strategy; manages the internal processes in support of sales reps and selling activities; Ensures Brand shop productivity, aligns tactical account plans with overall corporate strategy; actively develops and manages geography business plans to meet revenue goals/quotas; develops plans that articulate the strategies/requirements essential for focusing sales out activities within the Brand shop channel, forecasts accurately and communicates sales progress; actively manages and signs off on account business plans through scheduled reviews and updates.Retail Vendor Management – Different countries deal with different set of vendors; role need to standardize systems and processes to have synergy in way of working. Help teams find the right vendor so as to optimize the given resources. Get into continued negotiation with the vendors to maximize ROI. Find and stop pilferages across countries. Success of the role depends on finding more value for every dollar spent through effective vendor management.Pipeline management- Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales out pipelines to ensure continuous population of near- and long-term opportunities; manages the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyzes ROI of each spent.Business acumen- Exhibits base level of business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations; continuously monitors and improves area-of-control operations to ensure alignment with HPs business direction, the quality of business practices and optimum organization performance.Strategic sales planning & implementation- Orchestrates the development of strategic sales plans that reflect HP's business strategy, to advance market share/penetration, and achieve profitable growth.Competitive Positioning/Strategy- Uses competitive intelligence in account planning and sales activities to develop counter strategies that will neutralize competitive influence on the customer's buying decisions.Manpower Development.Coaching & Performance Management- Assesses and manages retail management employee’s performance to ensure individual and group excellence linked to companies objectives; counsels and supports individuals to help them understand the dynamics and importance of exclusive footprints and omni channel environment.Leadership- Models effective selling skills; motivates and supports sales teams in selling; demonstrates a high level of support in the pursuit and closing of deals.People development- Sponsors and directs skill building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force.Change management- Ability to work through an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team through transitions beyond their control.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Degree/ Masters in Marketing or Business Management.10+ years of experience in sales and marketing management.Advanced knowledge of Retail management, preferably in exclusive spaceIn-depth understanding of customer journey and related retail elementsKnowledge and experience in related field.Proven experience of operating in a large high-performance organization.High levels of tact and diplomacy.Consultative skills.Agency and budget management.Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills.Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.Best-in-class presentation and analytical skills.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
