Manager, Gaming Product Marketing Content and Program ManagementDescription -Description:We are looking for a marketing expert specialized in program management to join our gaming marketing organization as the next step in their career. As the Manager of our Gaming Product Marketing Content and Program Management team, you will report to the Global Head of Product and Portfolio Marketing and play a crucial role in operationalizing and delivering product marketing content and programs across HP's gaming brands: OMEN and HyperX.In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring we are delivering everything our marketing teams around the world need to successfully market the full portfolio of our gaming brands.  You will be responsible for coaching your talented team to grow into top class program managers themselves, as well as help ensure they deliver to the teams responsibilities across: project management, coordinating workflows and communication, deliverables tracking, and ensuring the timely delivery of retail and etail toolkits.The ideal candidate will have a proven record in program management, process development, and successfully managing multiple priorities and deliverables. A deep understanding of the gaming community or a strong interest in familiarizing themselves with the audience and products that make up OMEN and HyperX’s portfolios is preferred.Roles and Responsibilities:·       Lead cross-organizational efforts to plan projects, manage and track deliverables, ensuring efficient workflow scheduling and project planning.·       Develop and manage retail & etail toolkits for full portfolio as well as handle content management.·       Coach and mentor team to grow into being top class content and program managers·       Collaborate with product marketing strategy to align on scope of the product marketing strategies and take responsibility for operationalizing the delivery of content and assets across full funnel and product lifecycle. ·       Co-ordinate and communicate with regional and partner marketing teams to both understand their needs and to ensure they get what they need on time ·       Improve efficiencies through process, tools, and collaboration.·       Maintain and provide portfolio NPI Launch plans and timelines for management teams.·       Responsible for delivering projects and programs on time and on cost managing deliverables and budgets precisely. Experience and Expertise Requirement:·       Minimum of 10 years in marketing roles with at least 3 years in managerial or senior IC capacity.·       Proven program management and process development skills.·       Experience managing complicated projects across teams and geographies, delivering to deadlines, quality, and cost.·       Ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom.·       Budget planning and process management skills.·       Driven, motivated, collaborative with experience of coaching and mentoring·       Ideally, with two prior roles geographically i.e., in global + regional/country.·       Full professional proficiency in English. Join us in this exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of what a gaming brand can be today and tomorrow.
