Program & Process EngineerDescription -What a Program & Process Engineer does at HP:Responsible for leading, managing and implementing Supply Chain strategic initiatives. Key focus areas (1) Factory relocation (2) Partner shop floor KPI performance management (3) Supply chain resiliency projects (4) Business continuous planning (5)  Digital dashboards (6) NPI & sustaining.Lead & support factory relocation projects, this include new partners capabilities evaluation, schedule & cost management, tooling transfer, factory process buy-off and stabilization management.Ensure manufacturing partners meet TCE KPI metrics include (1) Shipment Predictability (2) Factory Cycle Time  (3) On-time Shipment.Manage & de-risk supply chain events such as timely BCP management, cybersecurity management, and resiliency initiatives.Lead & implement future ready Supply Chain digital dashboard.Lead or participate in New Product Introduction & Sustaining support activities. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering.Typically 0-1 years experience, fresh graduate will be considered.Drives for results.Anticipates customer needs/partners capability.Analytical and problem solving skills.
