In the online space, Marketplaces are the new “digital shelf”. HP is looking for growth-minded Marketplace Program Manager to join our team of Marketplace experts. The successful candidate will manage via the right tactics the marketplace programs deployed in the major EMEA platforms to grow our business, improve the online customer experience, and support the company strategy. The ideal profile is an autonomous and self-motivated digital program manager who thrives on online business, especially marketplaces and has an interest in business development and online customer experience. This role will be a part of the EMEA Marketplace Omnichannel Team that operates at the intersection of HP’s category, sales, digital marketing, and content teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop HP online business in the most important EMEA marketplaces, via 1P or 3P sellersDevelop account plans with partner and sales managers to grow HP's share of the business.Identify and understand Customer experience key pain points and customer E2E shopping experience for HP product linesWork with Marketplaces to develop and implement actions to improve online CXCollaborate internally (country retail and commercial sales, category) and externally (3rd party agencies)Dive deep in data, information and reporting to provide insights; monitor and analyze results of every action takenEstablish good internal and external communication with stakeholdersEnsure partners are compliant with program requirements and maintain day to day contact with them to improve HP business.Keep up to date with marketplace best practices, marketplaces algorithms and industry researchesEducation and ExperienceBachelor/Master degree – Business and Marketing preferredTypically 4-6 years of sales and/or program management experience at partner levelKnowledge and SkillsExcellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation), fluency in English and Polish is a must, any other European language will be a plusProficiency of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointSelf-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control)Ability to work with global teams across multiple countries; very strong teamwork orientationPartners effectively with other teams to ensure coordinated, efficient account managementBasic financial and business acumenSuperior research and analytical skillsDeveloping negotiation and influencing skills#LI-POSTJob -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
