Operation Excellence (OPEX) Team StudentDescription -General Description:Support Indigo’s Operations cross-programs and operational projects.The OPEX team is part of Indigo’s Operations Headquarters and is leading process improvements, strategic and complex cross-operation projects and overall Budget planning and control.Key Responsibilities:Indigo Operations Budget Planning & Control: yearly Budget planning process as well as ongoing monthly Budget spend control.Strategic Objectives management: Objectives and KPI definition phase, and on- going quarterly management.Process improvements: Lead, facilitate, and manage (PM and PMO) Operations’ Process improvement projects.Requirements:Education: Currently in the third year of an Industrial Engineering program at a university.Project management: An advantage will be given to candidates with experience in project management roles. Project management courses or certification – advantageTechnical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau and PowerBI being advantageous.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong Interpersonal relations: Team player with the ability to drive for action without direct authority.Presentations skills: ability to convey a clear message to an audience in different managerial levels.Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Languages & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written.Availability:  3 days a weekJob -AdministrationSchedule -Part timeShift -No shift premium (Israel)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
