Data Quality Analyst - SOX SMEDescription -In Data Governance, we are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping and defining the technical design, driving execution, and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product. They will serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams including marketing, Design, and R&D. They will refine the requirements and distributes work into logical customer valued deliverables, and opportunistically identifies synergies with HP's existing systems. Responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture and is accountable for defining the overall quality plan for that feature, solution, or product, and ensuring the on-time delivery, escalating, as necessary.Responsibilities:Develop and implement data quality processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.Monitor data quality and identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain documentation of data governance processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.Knowledge & Skills:Experience in Data Governance strategy Development and implementation of Data Governance Framework in enterprise companyWork in highly regulated environments such as SOX, risk management or complianceAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.Scope & Impact:Acts as leader within the Data Quality SOX compliance programExperience with data governance deployment programs and provide guidance in data governance initiativesLeads content for data governance office hours pan HPDirectly influences the nature of the work deliveredTakes responsibility for overall delivery qualityComplexity:Moderate to highEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Strong understanding of SOX compliance and experience with data governance.Experience with data analysis and data quality tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
