SAP Signavio EngineerDescription -Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Transformation Office, IT, and, Business leaders to articulate the value proposition of SAP Signavio during implementations or changes of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or any other IT-system. Establish interaction model with relevant workstreams (process analysis, IT, Business) to foster working relationships that maximize solution applicability. Manage the design, build, test, deploy, and run of technical setups/integrations needed for introduction of capabilities within Signavio’s transformation suite “Fast time to Adapt” tool chain. Establish processes to manage and remediate tool chain performance / SLA’s Support change management, communications, and enablement of solutions to drive adoption and consumption leading to value realization. Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of software applications design and development innovation and excellence. Oversees the software application development projects across multiple teams.Knowledge and Skills: Deep knowledge and practical experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with SAP Solution Manager, and Enterprise Architecture Management with LeanIX. Deep knowledge and practical experience in the S/4HANA Transformation Methodology and Implementation Approach Expert knowledge in data-driven Process Management with SAP Signavio. Practical ability in driving IT implementations in a process-oriented fashion. Deep knowledge in setting up Agile Program Organizations and connect those with a process-oriented IT-Architecture and execution approach. Advanced knowledge of the required technical and practical Transformation Methodology and specifically in technical solution implementation. Practical experience setting up holistic E2E-Transformation Processes (Method-Process/Tool-Data) proven in large, strategic transformation programs. Experience in connecting the world of business process management with the world of IT-implementation to cover the hole end-to-end process lifecycle. Ability to connect business and IT transformation including a deep methodological understanding on why approach implementations in a process-oriented fashion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels.Uses applicable programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. History of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in the field of software designComplexity• High: Extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues• Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques.
