Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: Field & Partner Enablement FacilitatorDepartment & Team: Field & Partner EnablementReports to: Erin Reilly NewmanLocation: Indianapolis / Travel 25%Summary:The Field & Partner Enablement Facilitator will be responsible for leading and facilitating activities, workshops, and other events with a primary focus on our onboarding program. This position will ensure a successful and productive learning environment while providing guidance and support to participants. The Facilitator will encourage participation and provide feedback to ensure participants are engaged and making progress.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging and interactive sessions and activities across different programs (i.e. onboarding, training events, leadership events)Facilitate group activities and discussions with participantsMonitor and assess the progress of participants in the programProvide timely and constructive feedback to participants and leadershipMaintain accurate records and progress reports of participantsLead and manage the organization of eventsLead with assertiveness and confidence while having empathy and understanding to listen to different perspectives and encourage healthy debateEnsure a safe, respectful, and productive environmentDevelop and maintain relationships with participantsDemonstrate expertise in the online facilitation tools needed to run virtual workshops Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, communications, or related fieldExperience with a cloud solution (SaaS) company & sales methodologies. Experience with, or certification in, MEDDPICC is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation skills and organization skillsStrong ability to build trust within a groupStrong ability to learn information across different programs and platformsStrong ability to retain informationStrong ability to lead, motivate, and engage participantsAble to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of project management, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience working with the technical tools of Sales Enablement such as Asana, Seismic, Lessonly, and must be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as other commonly used tools.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
