The ideal candidate is a motivated marketing professional with a track record of hands-on involvement in crafting email marketing campaigns and devising effective demand generation strategies. This position will entail extensive cross-functional collaboration with diverse marketing departments, serving as a vital business partner to our sales and customer success units. As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the conception and execution of both enduring and lead-generating email marketing programs across multiple products. Your role will entail close cooperation with marketing and sales, ensuring the seamless integration of these programs ResponsibilitiesWork in a cross-functional team environment to coordinate and oversee a wide variety of email projects including short and long-term demand generation campaigns for multiple segments to focus on new logo acquisition, cross-sell and email nurture. Own email deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable and healthy demand engine. Employ email best practices to achieve growth goals while also experimenting with creative strategies and less proven tactics. Analyze campaign performance, report results, and work to improve continuously. Manage and optimize define KPIs that are meaningful and measurable, owning quarterly demand generation goals (net new leads created, MQL/MQA, opportunities, etc.) and ensuring exceptional ROI. Participate in the planning, development, and execution of demand generation initiatives. Required Minimum bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus or equivalent combination of skills and experience 2+ years of experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns; with some experience in software (SaaS) or technology company Good understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels Execution-driven self-starter comfortable owning projects with varying complexity Familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense and other marketing technology platforms.
