Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes. Iterative Health’s approach combines technology and services to increase pull through from patient identification to randomization, matching more patients to much needed treatments.   As the Director of Clinical Trials Solutions, you will be responsible for defining a roadmap of solutions to optimize the efficiency of clinical research at Iterative Health sites and the experience of patients. You’ll partner closely with the Professional Services and Product Management teams to identify opportunities to optimize and grow our site-facing offerings. You’ll report to the VP of Product.    What you’ll be doing:  Be responsible for mapping the customer journey of our clinical research sites, including clinical research coordinators and principal investigators and identifying key levers for improving patient identification and pull through to randomization. Be accountable for the efficiency, quality and productivity of clinical trial solutions and building delivery processes that efficiently scale, including defining, measuring, and meeting key performance indicators Proactively identify problems with and/or opportunities to impact the customer journey and effectively co-develop and execute against solution Support Sales and Product demonstrations to new prospective sites Support deployment, training, and onboarding of new solutions to the Iterative Health Professional Services team Identify the metrics we need to track to optimize randomizations and site effectiveness, including the data collection strategy we need to implement to track those metrics Collaborate closely with our Professional Services, Network Expansion, Life Sciences, and Scientific and Data Strategy teams as well as our external stakeholders (Clinical Research Coordinations, Principal Investigators, Sponsors, etc.)  to build products to optimize our services offering  Collaborate closely with Product Management to determine the role of technology in our site-facing solutions roadmap; serve as a thought partner on our technology roadmap   Required Skills:  Management consulting experience  Experience translating your analytical toolkit to optimizing operations at a healthcare technology company Experience with clinical trial services and technology Proven experience in the startup space, ideally health tech or biotech You identify operational gaps, plug the holes, and just make things work, with an eye for how to improve processes for future efficiency.
