As a Principal IT Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by focusing on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), internal customer engagement, employee experience, and product as a platform. You will be responsible for leading a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.What You'll Do: OKR Implementation: Drive the implementation and adoption of OKRs across the organization. Work closely with stakeholders to define clear objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure successful execution.Internal Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, designers, and other product teams. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements.Employee Experience: Champion a positive and inclusive employee experience within the product management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to help team members thrive and reach their full potential.Product as a Platform: Develop and execute strategies to transform our product into a platform that enables extensibility, scalability, and customization. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define and implement platform capabilities that meet the needs of our customers.Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
