Technical Manager - Advisory Services

Advisory Services LeadThis position is a part of our Professional Services team and is responsible for advising customers and implementation partners on the overall Identity security program for successful project implementation. Guiding project implementation team to stay on recommended implementation path. Also, working with CSM renewals team to generate and manage new Advisory Services opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAs a trusted advisor, provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security ProgramPerform assessment on customer’s current Identity landscape and build out their future identity road mapBuild out customers’ Identity role based access control and application onboarding programEnsure SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project deliveryAdvise and provide direction to junior resources on the project implementationProvide pros & cons to customers' for building custom tools to meet their unique & complex business goalsMaintain healthy business relationship with customers and partnersWork with other advisory services leads, program managers and provide recommendations on any changes needed for the program.Work with other cross functional teams to understand the product roadmap, product limitations and advise strategic direction to the customersDocument and present SaaS product adoption gapsRecommend areas where SaaS products consumption can be improved Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any)Working with CSM renewals' team to generate and manage new advisory services opportunitiesRequirements: 8+ years of experience in technical consulting roleStrong communication and presentation skills needed to perform identity security program assessments and provide a road mapExperience with any Identity provisioning and governance products is requiredExperience with networking, directory servers, databases is requiredExperience with Azure, AWS is a plusExperience with Web based APIs is requiredExperience with Object Oriented Programming is nice to haveStrong organizational, leadership and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesIdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plusExperience with scripting framework (Angular, TypeJS, etc..)Education: Engineering background or strong consulting background in Identity and access management spaceCISSP or CCSP or CISM is a plusSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
