As the leader of our DX Enterprise Sales Division in Germany (internally called “Solution Led Sales”) you will report to our VP/MD of Central Europe, and you will be responsible for consistently growing revenue for our Digital Experience business, throughout Germany and across a variety of industries! You will lead an enterprise sales organisation responsible for achieving individual sales targets through the sales of Adobe Digital Experience products. The team will work seamlessly in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment on overall go to market goals and objectives, from country to corporate level. You will have a proven track record of growing existing businesses and bring to bear key customer relationships to identify and unlock new market opportunities and in addition, have a strong, trusted network across the region. You will lead a team of experienced sales managers who in turn lead a team of account executives that manage the sales execution across Adobe’s entire Digital Experience portfolio. The segment of clients consists of companies of all sizes, ranging from ‘Mittelstand' to DAX enterprises, both existing customers with significant potential and net-new customers. What you will do: To capture the significant growth opportunity ahead, you will further evolve Adobe’s Enterprise Sales into a highly customer-centric Sales organization able to create value for both the Line of Business and IT. Serve as the single point of contact and lead Solution Led Digital Experience deals across Germany. Align with the executive leadership team, and key partners, to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies. Lead a sustainable and predictable revenue strategy that consistently delivers on, or ahead of, plan. Identify, grow and accelerate revenue opportunities within Enterprise accounts. Optimise day-to-day sales activities and partner with our enablement teams to drive engagement that optimize revenue conversion. Question the status quo and drive operational excellence. Contribute to knowledge sharing and value realisation programmes within our Customer Success functions. Provide input and guidance to global teams around best practices and methodology Develop strong cross-functional relationships at senior leadership levels. Bring together cross functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvement. Lead by example, developing C Suite relationships and access to power in deals and accounts. What you will need to succeed: Significant second line sales and people management experience with the ability to influence and drive accountability and ownership at all levels. Outstanding influencing, negotiation and commercial skills with proven big deal experience, 8 figure deals, and complex C Suite negotiations. Excellent relationship with C Suite executives in many of the region’s largest companies, across multiple sectors. Exceptional sales instincts with the ability to tune a sales engine for predictability, linearity and high performance. Evidence of success at bringing in new business and ability to optimize and scale existing opportunities. Adept at using data to drive decision making and inspire change. Hold diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of all you decide, do, and personify. Proven experience developing and leading a high-performing regional team with a consistent track record of engaging and growing talent to greater responsibility and success.
