Job DescriptionAdobe Korea is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its high-paced and exciting contract management, supporting sales programs and Korea team. We are looking for a motivated administrative professional to support the group that is driving innovative ecosystem sales accelerators and programs to fuel Adobe’s GTM bringing digital experiences to our customers!What you'll do Contract Management (45%)• Support the entire contract management process including monitoring order booking process and sharing signed contracts with the relevant teams.• Customer information (Sold-To/Ship-To/Bill-to) management in SFDC and ACIS PortalInvoice/Payment process Management (40%)• Support the invoice/payment process for DX key accounts such as sending timely reminders.• Manage sales related data and provide general support for seamless sales process.• Provide necessary documentation based on requests.Korea Team support (15%)• Support companywide events such as quarterly all hands, year-end events.• Provide administrative support such as preparation of local documents as per requests.What is needed to succeed: The successful candidate will have extreme attention to detail, the ability to proactively anticipate and manage challenges, be a self-starter with strong abilities to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately, work efficiently and remain flexible under pressure.A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must!• Experience interacting with customers and employees at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.• Exceedingly well organized and detailed oriented; enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting Sales and Korea Team• Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible, continually improves the administrative process for great efficiency.• Experience in project management dealing in multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines• Highly proficient in analysis and problem-solving skills.• Expert-level writing and verbal communications skills; • High level of trust, discretion, drive ownership.• Ability to synthesize information and create reports.• Be a team player, able to work on own initiative in a dynamic and challenging environment• Ability to demonstrate initiative and honed organizational skills.• Strong knowledge of MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
