Ready to be a Titan?In the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Operations Lead role, you will oversee the operations for the DEI Team and lead project/program management of key strategic DEI initiatives with a primary focus on DEI 360, a program designed to layer diversity, equity, and inclusion into our ways of working as a company. The DEI Operations Lead will work closely with the Head of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, to innovate new approaches and build upon current processes by partnering across the company with a primary focus on supporting the strategic planning and execution of Global DEI initiatives, budget management, project management, vendor management, coordination, communications, and administration, in order to advance the company’s DEI mission and goals.Desired Outcomes: Executives will use DEI dashboards and other DEI support resources on a regular cadence to drive positive progress with regard to inclusion, representation, and mobility within our organization and their team. Business teams will layer DEI into their core ways of working and feel supported and empowered to do this through strong partnership, goal-setting, and strong project management support.Our HRBP Team acts as a force multiplier for DEI work. They are educated on DEI, Have strong resources to leverage in their work, and great data at their fingertips, and communications support so they can help scale DEI across the organization. The DEI team operates with a high degree of operational excellence including strong strategy documentation, project management, tools, dashboards, and other operational practices that drive impact.What you'll do:Support DEI 360 program, and act as a project manager for a range of business-led initiatives including but not limited to: Inclusive Sales, Inclusive Marketing, Inclusive Tech, and ProductPlan and implement projects including: defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; creating schedule and project timelines; tracking deliverables; monitoring and reporting on project progress and evaluating and assessing resultsPartner with DEI and the broader People organization to develop design and implement internal DEI organizational mechanisms including metrics, KPIs, toolkits, templates, databases, etc.Lead the development of best practice templates, policies, and processes to support programmingWork closely with the Analytics Team, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP Team to translate departmental DEI Dashboards and other metrics into meaningful action planning Wear multiple hats for the DEI Team as we scale programming across ServiceTitanWhat you'll needHave 2+ years of experience working in the DEI space or in an analytics or program management role within the people spaceExperience delivering pivotal initiatives across a global organizationExperience building strong project management to support the rollout of global programs, campaigns, or initiativesProven ability in developing and implementing programs that touch upon a wide variety of corporate functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and CommunicationsStrong organizational, program management, and analytical skillsProven experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights and storytelling to build targeted initiatives and programsAbility to develop and communicate an overall strategic vision as well as the ability to put the plan into operationStrong tools, systems, and data acumenStrong writing and presentation-building skills Leadership Skills:Demonstrates strong judgment and keeps corporate responsibility front of mindExperience working within a diversity and inclusion function or experience working on initiatives related to the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusionAbility to see around corners and anticipate the needs of leaders in the businessHighly collaborative team player who employees curiosity and can build trust with key stakeholdersWork independently and act as a driver of programs and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with ambiguityAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across global bordersAbility to be an innovative and creative thinkerStrong role model Desired Technical Skills: Google Suite, Google Analytics, Presentations, Project Management, Workday, Visier, Writing, Creative, Budget Management.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $100,000 CAD - $150,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
