Job Requisition ID #24WD75301Position OverviewAs a Digital Retention Specialist for our fast-expanding digital business, you will join a group that drives digital self-service for Autodesk. You'll coordinate retention and expansion projects, enhancing customer experiences and contributing to crucial business metrics. Collaborating globally, you'll help improve customer experience and overall customer satisfaction for customers of multiple sizes and personas. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital eCommerce Retention, we're looking for individuals experienced in communication, and project management, comfortable with data, and passionate about advancing customer experiences and the digital platform.ResponsibilitiesLead go-to-market activities for Digital experience projects for paid customers, ensuring they address top customer pain pointsParticipate in journey mapping exercises, UX research, and industry best practices discovery to develop qualitative cases; bring together quantitative insights across multiple data teams to measure opportunity size for new or improved experience initiativesManage project plans and roadmaps to oversee digital retention deliverables across teams and touchpointsIdentify and collaborate with other teams to ensure a shared understanding of project charters, interdependencies, and customer and business impactsPartner with other go-to-market teams to highlight collaborative efforts developing exceptional customer experiences, and sharing best practices and insightsDevelop high-quality materials such as internal newsletters, wikis, intranets, and presentations, ensuring regular updatesWork with teams delivering paid customer experience projects, contributing to and centralizing their design, execution, and testingCreate reports assessing our performance impact across different regions and industries, aligning tactical activities with business objectives and customer needsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in product management/marketing, operations, or digital customer experience initiatives in a B2B or SaaS companyExperience communicating updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, can influence within a matrixed organizationProject management abilities demonstrating experience maintaining organized documentation and commitment to project completionProficiency in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with collaboration and UX tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Figma, Mural, etc.Experience in global teams or the technology industry is advantageous but not mandatoryAbility to work independently while excelling in collaborative environmentsThis job is a hybrid role with location flexibility#LI-KH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,400 and $105,820. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
