This EA will be aligned to our Head of Engineering in our Product & Engineering team. This team member should be  capable of providing strategic and operational support while being a strong partner to the rest of Product & Engineer senior leadership and cross functional partners. Sunnyvale location office is preferred.  What You'll Do: Provides strategic , administrative, and operational support to one corporate executiveManages heavy calendar (via Outlook) and meeting management responsibilities, to include worldwide travel planning and scheduling, as well as expense reconciliation, in a company experiencing rapid growth. Being able to manage constant requests that span multiple time zones and after traditional work hours . Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including but not limited to:, leadership team agenda and facilitations, metrics reporting,,  department meetings and team events. Some travel including international travel for these events may be required.  Establishes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company and maintains those relationships.Proactively prioritize executive's time and commitments -- always one step ahead and making decisions for today that are based on the timeline of future events. Proactively addresses all aspects of travel such as security and threat levels, currency, weather, and destination culture advice to executive, to ensure effective use of time and resources to promote productivityManagement of complex annual review and mid-year promotions cycles. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
