You either learned to write code because you were tired of doing things by hand, or you learned operations because you had a passion for seeing your code come to lifeYou're an expert in some programming language. You need to be able to motivate engineers who are building production softwareYou make decisions with data when available, and push for making them available when they aren'tYou enjoy communicating through written English.
