We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.About the team and the role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage the development and implementation of campaigns across multiple owned channels (email, push notifications, homepage, in-app messaging) to support the Collectibles vertical - one of eBay’s most important categories.This person will adopt a customer-centric approach and work cross-functionally to strategize and implement data-driven CRM marketing campaigns to increase CLV via improved customer acquisition, engagement and retention.What you will accomplish: Build personalized customer experiences for eBay’s Collectibles business by driving the strategic direction of global lifecycle marketing campaigns, including the identification, sizing, and prioritization of opportunitiesLead end-to-end execution of campaigns, including customer segmentation, writing of creative briefs, guiding asset development, and coordinating operational processes to traffic and QA campaignsGenerate data-driven hypotheses to improve campaigns performance, design and implement A/B testsAdopt an innovate and iterate mindset to continuously improve performance, processes and tools to build compelling customer experiencesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share-out resultsWhat you will bring: College degree or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus3+ years of experience in marketing across owned channels (emails, onsite, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc)Passionate about Trading Cards, Collectibles, and other MemorabiliaCustomer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs while ensuring great customer experiencesShown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industryExperienced in working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity, and having a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityDemonstrated project management experience; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritizeAbility to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and externalPast experience or a solid understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and online retail marketing is a pluseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
