Join us and help shift mindsets!Your Day to Day As a CCaaS Pre-sales Architect, you would be working on:• Designing custom demonstrations for customers with specific CRM integration needs and unique use-cases• Documenting technical needs along the sales process, which will enable the successful handing off to field engineering upon a successful deal close• Project managing paid proof-of-concept (POC’s) designs, guiding customers through the process, ensuring that the product is meeting their specific technical needs• Attend trade-shows and regional partner events to evangelize and answer any technical questions around the GoTo Contact Center Pro offering• Serve as a subject matter expert on the CCaaS customer and their unique needs• Partner with CCaaS product teams to ensure that key roadmap items are added and executed, reflecting what the market and industry is experiencing/requiringWhat We’re Looking For As a CCaaS Pre-sales Architect, your background will look like: • Must have experience selling SaaS Contact Center solutions, ideally as a pre-sales engineer and/or project manager for Contact Center specific POCs• Success in designing and leading POCs, specific to CCaaS technologies• Project/program management experience, working with technical and functional stakeholders as well as 3rd part technology partnersAt GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
