We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Adobe Stock Team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to support the Adobe Stock marketplace. As a member of the Adobe Stock Content team, your primary objectives are to help grow and maintain Adobe’s community of contributors for the US and Global markets and drive the specifications, acquisition, and quality control of our growing collection of creative design media and templates for Adobe Express.  You will help coordinate with contributors and assist in onboarding their content to our collection, as well as to evaluate these assets for their overall quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and against Adobe’s unique standards.What you’ll do:Identify and vet new and suitable designers against templates requirements, commercial value, and aesthetic needs.Outreach and onboard new designers/contributors, providing submission guidance, workflow troubleshooting, and technical training.Maintain ongoing network of contributors by coordinating the template submission process while providing feedback and artist education, and creating creative briefs based on collaborative inputs from various stakeholders.Execute and track contracts, terms, budgets, and volume targets on a quarterly basis.Collaborate with Stock Moderation and Compliance teams on approval turnarounds and content review and production process efficiencies.Work cross-functionally with Stock and Express Product teams to troubleshoot issues and drive further workflow improvements.What you need to succeed:3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital production design, artist outreach, community management or similarStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically Adobe Express, Photoshop, and/or IllustratorExperience with contracts and payment processing workflowsA strong foundation in post-production best practices (technical abilities and evaluation skills)Highly organized and detail-oriented with a love of process and meticulously executed designStrong awareness of visual and design trendsExperience in content production a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $53,600 -- $123,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
