NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Data Privacy Analyst with a passion for working in a dynamic technology company. You will be responsible for supporting the Privacy Operations team with leading aspects of NVIDIA's Data Privacy program and driving continuous multi-functional efforts to ensure that we maintain industry-leading practices in privacy and data protection.What you’ll be doing:Facilitate privacy risk assessments for new and existing projects to identify and mitigate privacy risks.Work closely with IT and Engineering teams to ensure that privacy-by-design principles are incorporated into technology implementations.Partner with multi-functional teams across the organization to translate privacy risks and regulations into operational requirements and drive adoption/engagement.Assist in the development of training and awareness programs to educate employees on data privacy principles and methodologies.Provide support for responding to privacy incidents or breaches, including investigation and mitigation.Drive continuous improvement in privacy practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance NVIDIA’s privacy posture.What we need to see:5+ years demonstrated ability in IT/high-tech industry in a Data Privacy capacity.Demonstrated experience with the following legal, information security, and privacy frameworks: GDPR, CCPA, Privacy Shield, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27701, etc.Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, technical environment.Superb communication and ability to clearly articulate technical data privacy risks in business terms.A passion for privacy as it relates to enabling the business to grow, scale, and thrive in a continuously evolving regulatory environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology or relevant scientific field required.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Certifications in one or more of the following areas: CIPP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISO, GCIH.Proficiency in using OneTrust or other leading GRC/Data Privacy platforms for privacy management.Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining metrics dashboards for Privacy programs.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
