Lead Engineer, SRAM Circuit Design

Join a team of dedicated engineers developing the custom SRAM circuits that help power these chips. You will have the chance to create novel low power and high-performance circuits, and develop in-house design and verification flows for SRAM design that would be used across all NVIDIA products.What you'll be doing:Leading design of best-in-class SRAM circuits using innovative technology processes.Optimizing different RAM designs for performance, area, and powerSupervise circuit and mask designers to craft high quality and dense pitch-matched layout.Working with a design team to prioritize verification, circuit analysis, and preparing deliverables for releases.Collaborating with other architecture, RTL, and DFT teams to optimize design requirements.What we need to see:BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering12+ years of circuit design experienceStrong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques and macro/block developmentExperience in running and debugging various flows and methodologies, including Spice simulations, Statistical analysis, Static timing analysis, IR and EM analysis, Formal functional verificationNVIDIA is a pioneer in bringing groundbreaking technology to new markets. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
