They are responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that customer service is of a high standard, and maintaining the store's performance to achieve sales targets.Essential duties and responsibilities:Supervise, motivate, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques as needed.Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve store sales targets and goals.Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.Coordinate retail store operations and provide our customer with a high level of customer serviceMonitor and maintain store image and premium standardsSupport the store with planning, coordinating, and executing all store events, working closely with store staff, corporate departments, community teams, and social media outlets.Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with attractive displays that highlight new and featured products.Oversee the store's cash management and inventory control processes.Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Perform RazerStore Evangelist duties.Perform other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
