We are looking for a Senior Gainsight Analyst to join our Customer Care Operations team in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Gainsight for the IP Group. About You A graduate with any degree qualification.Has a Gainsight Admin Certification - Level 3Has around 3 to 4 years of experience working in multiple data feed integration.Has 4 to 6 years working as a Gainsight Administrator What will you be doing in this role? You will configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform (system configuration, reports, dashboards, end-to-end workflows, systems integrations)Collaborate with cross-functional end users to gather business requirements and configure the system to meet those needs (partnering with other operations teams as needed)Will be a subject matter expert for the technical aspects of Gainsight You will develop new business processes in partnership with Customer Success leadership and cross-functional teamsDesign business rules that analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Customer Success team to engage with customersManage mapping of CS processes, continuous improvement of the Gainsight platform, manage day-to-day support of Gainsight users, including fielding questions, ad-hoc customizations, design and implementation of core functionality, workflow adjustments, and user administration, security, and permissions About the Team It’s a 3-member team reporting to Julie Cordier, Manager of Gainsight Operations. A high achieving team looking to adopt and elevate utilization of Gainsight across the IP Segment. We effectively collaborate among the group with brainstorming new ideas.
