We hire, grow, and retain the best talent in the industry to build future Workday leaders.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Global Campaigns Manager who's skilled in the planning and implementation of creative and highly-effective B2B campaigns. Workday campaign managers collaborate thoughtfully across marketing fields, bringing together regional marketing partners, product marketing resources, corporate sales, media, industry influencers and alliance partners to build seamless prospect experiences.This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Campaigns - Workday Adaptive Planning.Specific Responsibilities include:Gain a deep understanding of buyer needs and challenges to create tailored programs for key decision makers and influencers.Collaborate across marketing teams to develop and implement innovative, integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth.Work with PMO to develop efficient project plans and schedules to get programs to market quickly.Plan and coordinate virtual events/webinars as needed.Work with internal sales partners to coordinate enablement activities, ensuring effective engagement, follow up and lead conversion.Partner closely with internal partners to ensure new programs are distributed through a multi-channel approach (email, digital, SEO, social and paid media, sales, etc).Manage program spend, updating quarterly budget forecasts to stay on budgetMeasure and monitor ongoing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization and course correction to meet quarterly and annual targets.Track and report on attainment toward quarterly MQL and SAL targets.About YouThe ideal candidate is analytical and results driven with experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software and SaaS.Basic Qualifications:The ideal candidate is analytical and results driven with experience in B2B marketing, enterprise software and SaaS.5-7+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a strong focus on planning and developing demand generation programsProven ability to effectively implement integrated, streamlined marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level.Strong background in combining creative digital strategies with the latest technologies.Proficient in using email marketing, content syndication, publisher programs, programmatic and display advertising, paid and organic search, social media, events and other channels to generate attributable leads.Experience in enabling sales teams to extend the efficacy of lead generation activities.Ability to manage project related budgets and to track and monitor campaign performance and spend.Enterprise software, SaaS and/or B2B marketing experience required.Bachelor’s degree required.Other Qualifications:Multitasker that can handle a multitude of different responsibilities at one time.Strong program management skills required.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsCreative problem solver that has the ability to bring new ideas to the table.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
