About the Role
As Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will help drive the success of the Sales & Account Growth team by enabling powerful systems and tooling to support their business processes. You will be a strategic partner to stakeholder teams, translating their business needs into technical requirements and executing these requirements. This is a critical role for Stylitics at this stage of our growth, with a direct impact on the ability to meet our revenue goals.
What You Will Do
Manage our instance of Salesforce CRM
Manage cross-functional systems projects in support of Sales, Account Growth, Customer Success and Finance
Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the KPIs that are driving our business.
Provide ad-hoc reports and snapshots as needed.
Be able to independently execute as well as lead the execution of projects by working closely with admins and engineers
Provide ongoing support and management of CRM and connected systems including ABM tools such as SalesLoft and outbound tools such as Outreach.
Function as the go-to person for CRM-related requests; Coordinate CRM updates, modify fields and workflows, etc as needed
Support day-to-day management of CRM configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissions
Assist with GTM Planning and Territory Management
Partner with the enablement team and sales managers to help drive training on CRM processes
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience working at a SaaS company in a Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Analyst role
Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation) certified or trained
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
Creative, self-starting, fast-learning, detail-oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data cleansing & data enrichment projects
Experience with GTM and territory management
Ability to lead your own projects and operate with autonomy in a remote working environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience working in start-up SaaS and rapidly expanding sales organization strongly preferred
Experience with Cognism, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Salary
When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
