Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in government organizations or multi-national corporations. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Vietnamese. Skills in drafting business documents. Skills in communicating with regulators and corporate internal partners. Proven track record and experience in Vietnam with an active government relations organization or government General understanding of government relations in Vietnam, experience in the ICT sector will be a plus Experience with government, legislatures and regulatory agencies, industry associations in Vietnam Ability to build working groups and teams internally to address key policy/regulatory issues Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressure environment Ability to respond effectively and quickly Candidate must be flexible, be able to consistently exercise sound judgment, self-motivated; resourceful; and work with minimal direct supervision. Description Description As part of the team, the GA analyst engages in planning and implementing the GA Vietnam strategy. Provide counsel, guidance and planning to support other functions. Monitor regulatory and general policy developments in the region that may impact Apple’s business. Identify and approach the government agencies closely related to Apple’s businesses in Vietnam, at both local and central levels. Regularly engage and coordinate with the key partners in local and central government to secure the government approval, policy support and regulatory permits. Assist in interpreting and assessing impact of the laws and regulations, and provide GA’s proposal for internal partners. Monitor the changes of the public policies, organizational structure, decision making process, update the overall relationship portfolio and identify relevant partners and key figures. Assist in scheduling corporate executives’ visits. Support and work with the other Apple teams for communication and all other necessary issues. Connect with global, regional and local industrial and trade associations. Ability to prioritize and manage workload with limited supervision.
