Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:Responsibilities:Prepare federal tax and international tax compliance items including the calculation of book-tax adjustments, various tax calculations and tax credits.Prepare state apportionment workpaper and separate/unitary state income and franchise tax returns, including estimated income tax payments.Calculate and prepare estimated payments and extensions.Gather and validate information required for the preparation of federal and state income tax returns and international forms using OneSource tax preparation software.Assist with the quarterly and year-end income tax provisions, including preparation of tax entries, tax account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.Research and document federal, international, and state tax positions and assist with income tax special projects.Prepare federal and state audit support schedules and responses to tax notices.Review, analyze and streamline Tax processes and assist with Tax transformation projects.Perform other ad hoc projects as needed.Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.Comply with all Infinera’s policies and procedures.Education & Experience Necessary For Success:Knowledge of OneSource Income Tax ComplianceKnowledge of SAPKnowledge of OneSource Tax ProvisionKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to think outside of the box and work through issuesPublic Accounting experience is a plus3 years of large corporation income tax experience or 2 years of public accounting experience with corporate income taxesInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
