Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:We are seeking a talented Optical Architect to join our dynamic team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge optical coherent transponder cards. As an optical engineer focused on Optical Transponder system design, you will play a crucial role in architecting & designing of optical modules.Key Responsibility:Contribute in optical HW roadmapLead the architecture of optical lice cards/systemsDefine modular, efficient design methodologyDrive key vendor technical relationshipsQualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Optical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Must have designed optical line card/systemsMust have experience in optical integration and testing of coherent module/transpondersProven experience in optical design, testing, and integration, particularly with optical transponders or related components.Familiarity with optical characterization equipment and measurement techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex optical systems.Excellent communicationInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
