Working with members of the Consulting Organization the Business Operations Analyst will ensure that project data is accurate and available to the Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to improve our Consulting operations and Autodesk's future success.ResponsibilitiesSupport project execution through efficient review and management of data in our Professional Automation & CRM systemsImprove adoption of business process standards and tools and solicit feedback for improvementWork with partners and initiate action to support business systems, tools, and processesSuggest improvements to procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations and supporting systemsContribute to project strategy, design, development, and successful implementationMinimum QualificationsKnowledge of CRM and Professional Service Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Upland, etc.)1-3 Years previous experience in a Project Administrative or Operations Analyst role preferably in Customer SuccessInitiate and nurture relationship at all levelsAble to travel (less than 20%)Language: English - must have excellent verbal and written skillsPreferred Qualifications4 year degree or equivalentWell organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completionExperience deploying technology or services with large enterprise and the desire for learning and growthYou are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peersEnsure craftsmanship, and quality standards#LI-SVLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
