Job Requisition ID #24WD75167Position Overview  Autodesk is hiring Talent Scout with strong sourcing experience on platforms like LinkedIn, Seekout etc. for Sales and Consulting function across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Geo.You will leverage both Go-to-Market (GTM) and Consulting sourcing and recruitment skills combined with understanding of the market. You will utilize opportunity to develop strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies leading to a pipeline of relevant, diverse candidates for current and future roles at Autodesk.You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Go-To-Market & Customer Experience Talent Sourcing.At Autodesk, we support hybrid working.Roles and responsibilities:We are a trusted partner to Recruiters and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights using LinkedIn Talent Insights / Talent Neuron etc.We source and deliver top-of-funnel (passive and or diverse) candidates for our GTM , Marketing and Consulting rolesWe use creative, out-of-the-box innovative strategies to attract quality talent through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, talent mapping, etc.We use expertise with internet sourcing tools, including Boolean and deep web searches, to uncover top talent.We use experience and understanding of the market to share trends and competitive/market intelligence.We identify and nurture top talent in CRM Beamery. Proactively build long-term pipelines for current and future roles.Requirements:4+ years of first-hand experience within sourcing or lead generation in Talent Acquisition capacity working on Go to Market or Consulting roles.Experience in sourcing for high-priority, complex roles.Must have Sourcing experience on LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.Must have Experience in Boolean Search, X ray search etcExperience on Candidate Management Systems like Beamery , Avature etcExperience on Workday or any other ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Excellent communication skills.
