If this sounds like you, read on!You will report to the Senior Manager of Industry Sales Execution and work with North Americas Strategic Territory Sales, Channel, and extended industry teams to guide account-based outcome selling results. Working in a hybrid environment, you will work with our sales teams in our Downtown Denver office frequently. You will align, develop, and implement strategic sales initiatives resulting in sales teams reaching their sales goals.You will be a part of a team that is known for its creative problem solving to drive real impact on the bottom line at Autodesk. Through this role, you will lead teams comprised of members from almost every department at Autodesk.ResponsibilitiesWork with sales and marketing leads to maximize focus, support communication of tools, and enable strategic sales playsCollect and distribute quarterly partner playbooksCreate and manage impactful quarterly sales plays and supporting content aligned to support the sales targets and Strategic Sales and Partner pipeline needsAnalyze and monitor sales program/initiative metrics and sales trends to evaluate success. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,200 and $166,760. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
