Job Requisition ID #24WD74999Position OverviewThe AR/VR/MR (XR) team at Autodesk is responsible for building and delivering XR workflows to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC). This versatile team is operating in a startup mode within Autodesk.You will be the connection between our customers, product, and the Customer Success team. You will spearhead the creation and development of multiple learning programs and training experiences to help develop the knowledge needed to support our customers. You will establish a comprehensive and user-friendly, self-serve documentation system that empowers customers, facilitating seamless adoption of our products. You will also help maintain the content library and curriculum catalog. You will help shape the process and tools for creating, organizing, and updating educational content.You will report to our Head of Customer Success and Operations, XR, and this position can be 100% remote in the U.S. or Canada.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement training and resources for our customersDevelop curriculum and learning program strategies to create structured and engaging pathways, courses, and materials that positively impact product adoptionProactively identify training topics to be addressed or areas in need of additional instructionMaintain a centralized repository for training requests and materials, ensuring that content is updatedBe an expert on enablement strategies considering both subject matter and audienceProvide data-driven expertise to evolve programs and training solutionsBuild working relationships across the business and using SMEs to help enhance enablement programs and contentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred2-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or content managementProject or program management skills to oversee the delivery of learning content is preferredProblem-solving skills to address challenges related to content development and deliveryAnalytical mindset for assessing the effectiveness of learning content and making improvementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying instructional conceptsTake a team-oriented and flexible approachExperience working with global / virtual teamsWork in a startup fashion even within a big company (things will move fast)Ability to travel abroad occasionallyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologiesExperience with AR/VR is a definite plusPrevious experience working globally with remote teamsFamiliarity with software development practices or technical expertise is advantageousLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $138,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
